We make the admission process simple and supportive so you can focus on what matters most - your recovery.

CompDrug provides comprehensive treatment for individuals struggling with opioid addiction. Our services include medication assisted treatment, methadone, suboxone, and Vivitrol, and counseling at the outpatient and intensive outpatient level. CompDrug, providing same day service admission, accepts walk-in’s Monday through Friday for admission to treatment at 1416 Fields Avenue, Building D.

Admission Forms

CompDrug provides comprehensive treatment for individuals struggling with opioid addiction. Our services include medication assisted treatment, methadone, suboxone, Vivitrol, and counseling at the outpatient and intensive outpatient level.

While you are not required to complete paperwork in advance, we strongly encourage you to submit your admission forms online before your appointment. Completing the electronic forms ahead of time helps reduce wait times, minimizes errors, and allows you to fill them out at your convenience.
