Group Counseling

Supportive groups for recovery, skills, and connection

CompDrug offers a variety of open and closed groups to support recovery, coping skills, emotional wellness, parenting, relapse prevention, and connection with others.

Finding the right group

Some groups are practical and skills-based, while others focus on support, education, parenting, wellness, or relapse prevention. Talk with your counselor if you are unsure which group is the best fit.
