Groups and parenting support

Ready for Baby Series

Ready for Baby is a pregnancy group providing education and support. Topics may include safe sleeping, breastfeeding, reproductive planning, child services, medication for opioid use disorder during pregnancy, and what to expect upon delivery.

The Incredible Years Babies Group

This parenting support group is for women who have a child less than one year old. Infants are invited to attend sessions with their mothers while patients focus on real-life situations that encourage babies’ physical and language development.

What can you do to help?

We can all play a role in counteracting stigma by supporting recovery and wrapping support around moms who want to make the best choices for themselves and their children.
