I believe therapy is for everyone. It’s a process of growth, healing, and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
What You Can Expect From Me
About Me
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll explore your background, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy, allowing me to gain a clear understanding of your needs and goals.
From there, each session is guided by you. While the process may look different from week to week, your needs and priorities will always remain at the center of our work. Together, we will move toward your identified goals at a pace that feels right for you.

My Approach
My approach to therapy is client-centered and grounded in a Jungian perspective. I believe that understanding your deeper needs and authentic self takes time, intention, and a supportive environment. Growth and healing unfold most effectively within a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating severe trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and personality disorders. I value the integration of mindfulness techniques, helping clients learn to stay present during difficult experiences and build healthier ways of managing emotions and thoughts.
