Get to know Joe (they / them)
My approach to therapy is client-centered and grounded in a Jungian perspective. I believe that understanding your deeper needs and authentic self takes time, intention, and a supportive environment. Growth and healing unfold most effectively within a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating severe trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and personality disorders. I value the integration of mindfulness techniques, helping clients learn to stay present during difficult experiences and build healthier ways of managing emotions and thoughts.
What you can expect from me
I am passionate about walking alongside clients throughout their healing journey—helping them grow in self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful transformation in their lives.
